Ken Mosesian

Ken Mosesian is the president of Ken Mosesian Consulting and Gulfstream21, Inc., a strategic consultancy that provides integrity-based leadership, strategy, marketing, and diversity solutions for its clients. In the course of the past 15 years, coaching has become an integral part of Mr. Mosesian’s work, and he now offers coaching services to individuals and executive teams as a stand alone product.

Clients have included entertainment industry executives, actors, business owners and entrepreneurs, and leaders of national not-for-profit organizations including churches. He has also used his coaching skills as a mediator to resolve disputes in businesses and between couples.

Mr. Mosesian works with for-profit and not-for-profit clients to enhance their overall success by developing powerful, long-term internal and external communications strategies. He has assisted companies in new product launches, organizational and strategic management, building development programs, and brand marketing.

Current and previous clients and partnerships include national not-for-profit organizations such as Family Pride, the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, the Arthritis Foundation and for-profit corporations such as Paramount Pictures, Volvo Cars of North America, Capital One, Wells Fargo, and the City of Beverly Hills. Mr. Mosesian also works with executives who seek his coaching services to sharpen their leadership and public speaking skills, assist with dispute resolution and transform their organizations.

Previously, Mr. Mosesian was a partner at Bold New World, LLC a New Media Company in Los Angeles. He oversaw the marketing, creative and technology departments, developing Web-based strategies that supported the overall business needs of his clients, which included MGM Worldwide Television, Gateway Computer, and the Annenberg Center for Communications at the University of Southern California.

Over the past 10 years, Mr. Mosesian has helped to raise millions of dollars for charitable causes. Mr. Mosesian has served on the National Board of Directors of the Washington, DC-based Victory Fund, on theVestry of St. Thomas the Apostle Anglo-Catholic Parish in Hollywood and on the Advisory Council for the California Museum of Science & Industry.

The Coaching Process

Coaching is typically conducted via telephone, though in-person sessions may be arranged.

Personal coaching clients are asked to commit to a minimum of 8 sessions initially, and may continue on a monthly basis afterwards.

Professional coaching clients are asked to commit to a minimum of 4 sessions initially, and may continue on a weekly basis afterwards.

The above terms are negotiable.

Fees are pre-paid monthly.
